I'm going to start off by telling you some obvious things to NEVER say or do to your ex girlfriend. NEVER sound desperate or pathetic. Don't ever try calling her and leaving her a message like "Kim I need to talk to you. I've been trying to get a hold of you. Please please call me back".It sounds like you are begging for her, weak.NEVER make it sound like she needs to return your phone call because of an emergency. She will wonder, "What did I do?" and "What does he appreciate?". She now feels good because you just left her a positive message.

Before you even open your mouth, however, you need to think of something that she did that you appreciate.
